Request for Architectural Approvals: Before you make any changes that affect the exterior of your home such as large landscaping projects, addition of storage buildings, fencing, storm doors, driveway modifications, room additions or any other exterior changes, you must first request approval from your community's Homeowner's Association (if applicable).  Please keep in mind that the Architectural Review Committee may take up to 30 days to approve or deny your request. Please allow sufficient time for approval before beginning your project.

All Windsor Homes Communities with an HOA will use this form. Just make sure you enter your community information at the top of the form.
