During the first year that you own your home, you are covered by a one year Windsor Homes builder warranty.  Please document any issues you may have on our Quality Assurance form and submit to our office with our Warranty Form .   We will forward your issues to our Construction Manager to assure they are addressed in a timely manner. After the initial one year warranty has expired, Windsor Homes has provided you with an additional limited warranty through Centricity.
