Tom Hall: President, Windsor Homes

Tom is a co-founder of Windsor Investments, LLC and has been president of Windsor Homes since its inception. Prior to forming Windsor, he spent 21 years in the home building industry in the Triad region in a variety of positions including financial analysis; sales and marketing management; land acquisition and development and as a division president.

He is a member of the Greensboro Sports Council, the Greensboro Rotary Club and a board member of Habitat for Humanity, and The Greater Greensboro Homebuilder Association.

David Howard: Co-Owner

A co-founder of Windsor Investments, LLC, David has more than 25 years experience in virtually all forms of construction. Prior to forming Windsor in 2001, he served as vice president of construction and land development and has worked as an estimator, project engineer and project manager. He has managed numerous commercial office, retail, industrial and residential projects including the Koury Convention Center, the Sheraton Hotel Tower and the Grandover site development including a golf course and resort hotel.

He attended N.C. State University and majored in Business Administration. He holds a North Carolina General Contractor's license. He is a member of the Triad Real Estate and Builders Coalition, the Piedmont Angels Network and has served as chairman and board member of numerous area charitable and civic organizations. David currently lives in Greensboro with his wife Martha and three children.

Kim Brady: Operations Manager

Kim joined Windsor Homes as operations manager in February 2002. She has been working full time in the hombuilding industry since obtaining her General Contractor's license in 1998. She has extensive experience with both custom and production home builders and has actively worked in construction, estimating, purchasing and sales.

Kim also holds a Real Estate Brokers' license and earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from UNC-Greensboro. She has lived in the Piedmont region her entire life.

Brandon Chilton: Area Construction Manager

Brandon joined the Windsor Homes team in 2002. Previously, he worked with another major area home builder and served as a community builder throughout the Triad region.

He has lived in Northwest Greensboro for the past nine years.

L. Thomas Wood, III: Chief Financial Officer

Tom joined the Windsor team in 2006. He is a real estate industry veteran. Since 1994, he has covered all aspects of real estate accounting and finance, holding previous titles such as Vice President-Controller and Vice President Finance for companies with 120 to 850+ employees. Prior to focusing on real estate, he spent years in public accounting specializing in audits of financial institutions and mergers and acquisitions.

Tom is married and a resident of Greensboro since 1999. Out of the office, he is a former GYSA Soccer Coach, an active member of the Western Guilford Lacrosse Boosters and has served as a finance board member of the United Way of Greater Greensboro.

Bill Sims: Sales and Marketing Manager

Bill joined Windsor Homes in 2005. Bill has sold on-site new home construction and has also worked in general brokerage in the Kansas and Missouri markets prior to his current position. Bill earned his BBA; marketing in 1988 from the University of Missouri Kansas City. Bill spent 7 years at Hallmark Cards of Kansas City as a Key Account Executive for the Southeast Region and also spent 3 years in industrial sales prior to his real estate career.

Bill is originally from Kansas City Missouri and has called Greensboro his home since 2003.
