Question 1: What is included in the base price of your homes?
Answer: Our base prices include the home built on a crawl space, with a 40’ driveway, landscaping and all utilities in place. Please see our standard features for more details on the home.

Question 2: Can I finance the land in the price of the home?

Question 3: How involved will I be during the construction of my home?
Answer: Once all decisions have been made regarding the options on your new home, you will have 3 scheduled meetings with your builder to make sure the home is being built just as you want it.

Question 4: Can Windsor Homes build my new home on a basement?
Answer: Absolutely! Most of the plans offered by Windsor Homes already have a basement option available. If we determine that your home site is suitable for a basement, we will be happy to build one for you.

Question 5: Can I make changes to the Windsor Homes plans to suit my needs?
Answer: Windsor Homes has always believed “It’s your home, it’s your investment, it should be your choice”. We have many options already available in our plans, however, we will do our best to accommodate any special needs you may have.
