All base pricing includes a 30” crawl space. Windsor Homes will inspect your homesite prior to finalizing the price quote for your new home. We will determine if there are clearing and grading needs that may increase the cost of your home. We will then work with you to decide on the best building practices for your lot that are also the most cost effective.
Windsor Homes has included standard permit and utility fees in our base prices. Depending on the municipality you are building in, there may be additional fees that will need to be added.
