Request for Architectural Approvals: Before you make any changes that affect the exterior of your home such as large landscaping projects, addition of storage buildings, fencing, storm doors, driveway modifications, room additions or any other exterior changes, you must first request approval from your community’s Homeowner’ Association (if applicable).  Please keep in mind that the Architectural Review Committee has 30 – 60 days to approve or deny your request, so please allow sufficient time for approval before beginning your project.
